Do you have a hero? I do, many of them actually. Growing up, I didn’t know difference between having a “legal status” and “non-legal” status in America, I thought we were all the same… My legal status deprived me from pursuing many things after graduating highschool but of course, I didn’t give up. I thought I was the only student facing such a disparity in my community, but everything changed after I met Soila Rodriguez, my inspiration. @soi45 was accepted to UCLA today. Her story is like no other. She challenges me and regulates my educational endeavors. Congratulations, baby girl. I love you!
